Then you get into the new immigrant section of halal & shawarma shops by student housing near the UOIT. I believe there's a hoarding of resources in the density that needs to ripple out. Also, we need to make sure racism isn't preventing growth outside of high-density areas. Pretty sure it is. 2/2.

I did a drive from the shore of Lake Ontario up Simcoe St in Oshawa, ON today. It really tells quite the story, you pass GM at a partial capacity, into a legacy of housing & shopping, up to the McLaughlin residence to executive homes, the hospital & doctors houses. Then the working poor homes 1/2

A really good read & a good case point for anyone who is centre-left responding to the anti-immigration rhetoric coming from CON$ & PPC. We need younger trades people to do this work! We don't readily have them willing to go where the jobs are waiting.

Those numbers are just "suggestions" to most Ontario drivers anyways. Safety is *optional* to the freedumb loving libertarians amongst us. Like vaccines, driving the speed limit might be more harmful to them, than good.

It's literally at the intersection of 2 major east-west, north-south highways & a huge potential transit hub just minutes from the 407. I'm so annoyed at the lack of foresight. And if I see another friggin' storage depot facility built in Ontario, I might implode. WTAF is everybody storing, FFS!?!?
