The first thing to do is admit that the US healthcare system is complete shit. We need Medicare for all so there is one price for everybody! This would give the government the ability to negotiate prices without layers of greedy middleman in between medical tech/pharma and patients.

Keep in mind that if you get picked up by ICE, they will steal your phone, your passport, your money, your jewelry, and anything else of value, and you will not get it back.
