Day 6 of the AI Growth Marathon. 📉📈
Most challenges die here. Mine just pivoted.
I paused the "AI Influencer" to go all-in on the new LTX-2 video model.
The breakthrough: I can now generate unlimited-length video with context retention. The future is real-time generated feeds. 🧵

Got Reddit ban today (account was too fresh for multiple posts). Annoying, but part of the game. Recreated and back in action.
On the positive side:
• Set up my Beacons page to track traffic.
• Started watermarking all content.

looking for creators of AI influencers
January 5, 2026 at 1:40 AM
I’m putting together a small Discord for people actually building in the GenAI video/image space.
We’re discussing:
• Advanced ComfyUI workflows
• AI Influencer consistency
• Promotion & Growth strategies
If you're try with this, drop a comment. I’ll DM you the invite. 👇

I’ve quietly shifted my focus over the last 3 months.
To Generative Video & Image Models 🎥
I’m now going deep on ComfyUI and open-source models to build high-fidelity synthetic media.
My first experiment: Building a fully AI-generated influencer from scratch.

Episode 6 of "The Loop" is out. I tried something new: actual dialogue and a second character. It was a nightmare to render, but the isolation hits harder this way.

Two surprisingly good free models for coding this week

SWE-bench 1.5 (via Windsurf): Super fast & smart for in-editor fixes. Free in their extension. windsurf.ai/blog/swe-1-5

MiniMax-M2 (API): Free API access until Nov 7th. Great for testing automation projects. platform.minimax.io/user-center/...

I'm a dev who thought a good product markets itself. After launching to <5 users, I learned the hard way that building is only half the battle.

I wrote down my entire journey of failing at marketing and the lessons that finally started to work.

Stop trying to write articles.
Your brain is better at answering questions than creating structure from scratch.
So I built a system where an AI interviews me, pulling my expertise out.

My new vibe coding workflow: Use a powerful web UI with my full repo context to create a plan.Feed that plan to a fast Cline CLI agent for surgical execution. This "dual-brain" approach is 6x faster than using Gemini CLI alone.

The world of writing seems split in two right now.
On one side, you have pure, soulless AI-generated articles that lack any real insight. On the other, you have the painful, manual process of staring at a blank page.
There has to be a middle ground.

I'm building the tool I've always needed to fight my own procrastination.
Standard Kanban boards are great for organizing, but they don't help when you're actually stuck. So I'm fusing a visual task board with a true AI coach.

Devs using AI agents: What do you do while it's writing code?

My strategy is to parallelize: while an agent codes Project A, I'm prompting another for Project B. It's like managing a small team of digital junior devs.

What's your strategy to stay productive during that waiting time?

Quick question for procrastinators:

Would you pay for a service that keeps you accountable to your goals through regular check-ins and progress tracking?

Trying to validate if this is a real need or just me projecting my own problems.

My War with AI Agents
Imagine this: you hired 10 specialists (an architect, a coder, a tester, an analyst). You gave each of them detailed 1000-line instructions. And instead of coordinated work, you got chaos: Welcome to my month of working with AI agents.
