If you do, especially in Montreal, don't be fooled by fancy restaurants offering tons of "varieties" of poutine. Look for a Quebec greasy spoon hot dog place like La Belle Provnce or anything with "patate" in it ( ex: Monsieur Patate ) and just get a straight up poutine for the real experience.
