I imagine before it was NES carts it was vinyl records that needed the dust blown off them, and something else before that. ancient knowledge passed down from one generation to the next: if it doesn't work blow air into it.

I apologize for my tone. what you've been told is a misrepresentation. cows are not bad mothers. if they were then beef calves would be separated as well because dead calves are lost profit. dairy calves are taken from their mothers and raised on formula because lost milk is lost money.
