Then I wrapped them with aluminum, then sided up to them. I'm enjoying it not looking like it's perpetually being renovated. I have to finish up the small area where the two roof lines overlap, but that's going to take some time.

When I had removed the old soffit, I noticed it was on an angle when it was put up. I found out why. The top course wouldn't be able to be cut down without being too short, but there wouldn't be enough distance to run another course. So I improvised. Ripped 2x6s in half, installed them as spacers.

With the new fascia on, I was able to finally get a new gutter installed. I hadn't been able to after doing that roof since the fascia was so damaged from the old awning that was built off of it. Here's where I left off last year in the fall.

A project that started last year after I had redone the involved roof, but I haven't shared here. Since I don't use twitter anymore, I'd like to continue sharing projects and such, even if my audience is small ^^

Our garage had no inlet venting, and since I needed to replace the fascia, I did that

The curvy cow lass in question! Still on the hunt, though I do have a couple in mind. Feel free to drop a suggestion! She might even look familiar, could be standing on your desk right now!

A little later than I wanted, but I had some time today to get this done! Dug out some more of the top and gave it a good cleaning, got the risers assembled, and got them installed. Filled in around them, then spread the remaining soil around before mixing in grass seed. One thing off the list!

And it lives! We got a spa to help us with our bad backs.

We certainly aren't wealthy, but this is the union difference; I was able to get this for my family because of the benefits from being in a union.

We've taken the inaugural soak, and I'm enjoying not being so sore!

All wired up. I took my time on the disconnect. I hammered it into the panel. The panel needs to be replaced, so I've left myself plenty of extra wire for everything I've done.

People were complaining that the disconnect doesn't have enough room. People ought to git gud before they try electrical

A little conduit work. I was happy to not have to empty my chemical shelf and was able to sneak it through.

Glad I can still work some pvc after years of EMT and rigid.

That's ... uh... certainly on there. We're gonna fix that.

It's been a bit, but I've managed to cram a larger project in during all the overtime I've been on.

I'm not a fan of mounting disconnects directly on siding
