Thanks man. Just keep hauling ass, you'll love yourself for it in the end. There's people in my weekly group therapy sessions in their 50s, just starting to break out of their shell. We're fortunate to be young, aware and wanting more out of life while clinging to hope. That'll takes us places.

My greatest barriers from my teens to 20s have been:

• Shame/guilt over my own past moral failures (real and perceived)

• Anger/hate towards those who abused me or did nothing to stop it

• Perfectionism that became self-destructive to my progress

I now face them for I refuse to hide anymore.
