Thoughts: if someone is on day 46 of a hunger strike then they are in a bad way. Prison hospital wings & staff don't/ aren't normally equipped to care for people if they are unconscious or slipping into comas. The prison has either upstepped it's capabilities secretively or is just letting them die.
