return to silent hill feels like a movie developed by someone who only had a vague idea of what the game was about. It's a complete misunderstanding of the source material that is so abysmal it's impressive. It takes effort to make something this bad.

looking into new games can be really fun, but also quickly gives me a headache. anyway I have found so many survival horror games to look forward to. I just gotta catch up on older titles first...

I wish i could get myself to work on videos or art more often. I don't want to force it but I really enjoy having those hobbies, which makes it all the more frustrating when I feel like I can't do them due to a lack of ideas, confidence, etc.

playing through the donkey kong country trilogy really made me want to play other series i missed out on growing up. not necessarily just Nintendo series either. I always heard good things about Klonoa, maybe mega man. I need to finish half-life. I have so much to catch up on

I guess I'll at least give konami props for wanting to remake SH1 over 3, but all I could hope is that it's nothing like the SH2 remake. Though, Bloober Team is developing again so I can't say I'm looking forward to it, whatever it turns out to be. Maybe I'll be proven wrong. I hope I am.

being only 5 days away from the switch 2 and feeling absolutely zero excitement for it is strange. I spent a good chunk of my childhood looking forward to whatever nintendo was releasing next and now I just feel nothing. it's depressing to be honest.

finally got around to finishing Pseudoregalia... two years late lmao. pretty fun overall, even if I had some struggles figuring out where I needed to go at a few points. now I can finally play some of the other Metroidvanias on my list

i did not realize alan wake turned 15 this year. i love alan wake 1&2 so so so much, and they've genuinely done a lot to help me through some tough times. back to my hidey hole now
