How can they prosecute one guy, and pardon 1500 people?

Were the capsized sailors floating in ice cold water with a capsized boat going to throw the drugs at the helicopter? How would this constitute a danger to a helicopter? How is this scary for people with missiles in helicopters?

Republicans see people clinging to rubble in the sea and think: combatants. Just like they see trans kids going to the bathroom as combative. And women receiving health care, migrants claiming asylum, Black people voting...

They are afraid of everything and our society is crumbling because of it.

Hasn't Trump already pardoned all the Jan 6 criminals? Why prosecute a single person and let 1500 criminals off for the same crimes?
