The Nobel Peace Prize now functions less as a measure of peace achieved and more as a political legitimacy stamp, rewarding intent, alignment, or symbolism before outcomes exist. It is better understood as diplomatic signalling, not evidence based peace recognition.

perhaps it might the order is for 2 from finland and build 7 in US to finish design, by 2028? questionable, will america have funding by then? US is now entering famine, this years crops will be a disaster worse than last years, 2027 take the last from the land, 2028 will end american farming.

While Russia built 475 Arctic bases, the United States reduced Greenland personnel from 10,000 Cold War peak to 150 current staff. A 98% reduction during the period of maximum Russian Arctic expansion.
