Well I'm sorry I said anything. My point pertained to the fact she's complaining about death threats and such and yet she's leaving herself open so she can get maybe $5 to $10 K a year in about 10 or 11 years

But still if she left now, she wouldn't get a pension at all. You have to make it to 5 years and so that will be her work anniversary and so in about 10 years she will get whatever pension she's entitled to for mostly causing grief and aggravation. Good riddance.

But I believe if she had resigned now, she wouldn't qualify for any pension but I'm sure that $10k will help her in 10 years
