I know this is a shot so long that I might as well be using a pen spring to go to the moon, but could someone hit me with a pcie card or similar to wire my speakers into in place of using an aux to tape adapter?

Ive been emulating Sid Meier's Civ Rev (the console one)

sometimes its a 2hr chill game, sometimes im stressed for 2 straight hours.
only complaint is the turn limit, i love this game
