If you homebrew injections, the set up cost would cover multiple lifetimes of HRT (so I've heard)

Government policy subsidizes car ownership, a luxury good (though normalized through decades of subsidization).

Thanks to the increase to the standard deduction, most people's mortgage interest is only deductible in theory. You'd have to pay more than $15,750 (31,500 for MFJ) in SALT and mortgage interest to take the itemized deduction over the standard in 2025.

This happens in Outlook when a signature is automatically inserted. Happens to my work emails all the time.

I'm picturing the reveal now, camera focused on Q for the technobabble of the nanomachines rebuilding Bond and Q finishes up by asking "Did we get everything right?" and then the camera shifts down to show the mirror held by Charlize Theron.

Same with LEDs. The promise was that we'd need to produce fewer lights thanks to the longevity and energy efficiency of LEDs. Turns out we just manufacture and install more LEDs (Vegas Sphere as an example).

Might be difficult to see due to image compression but the lot is in the background of the first image. Looks like there was a business called Sterling Kitchen Designers on the south side of the lot that was demolished between 1956 and 1998. The lot immediately north looks like it was always vacant.

I'll eat my words if the notice appears tomorrow, ofc.

I think it's fake, the Flag Honors are recorded here: www.illinois.gov/about/flag-h...

and there hasn't been one since mid September. Also, the formatting is off compared to the most recent one honoring a deceased Governor. Flag lowerings don't usually start until sunrise the next day.

I made a spreadsheet a while back that would take the ComEd usage csv and pull the lowest daily prices to see what the cost/benefit looks like for a powerwall. It doesn't make any sense right now with my daily usage and electricity prices, but I check back in about once a year.
