Yes, we had a prospect that had a picture in the gmb profile that google took from a video of youtube with a similar name. Complete different context . Customers asked questions about it. It was disrupting his business

My own gmb and a client’s gmb used pictures NOT from gmb but from a social / youtube account. In the case of my client google used a picture from a youtube account which was NOT his, but with a similar name. And the picture was disrupting his business.

In 2003 we were all paying for sms messages. Msn and icq were in their first iteration of popularity on desktop . We were stil on 2g communication. 3g was introduced in 2004

In 2003 we had brainstorms in university. 3 times same result: chat apps, and video on as large screen as possible, taking pictures high quality as possible. Somehow it was logical.
