I've looked into the bottom picture and it's from clashes in France between Afgan and Eritrean migrants - two of the worst places in the world for human rights. There's every chance there are genuine refugees in that picture.

1) That point could be made without the "deserving" ones being a different colour than the "undeserving" ones.
