By the same metric of "any external funding is equal" any team member ever borrowing money from a family member, be it uncle j from downtown or papa bill gates, would both invalidate the label

Government funding usually puts very little to no emphasis on content restriction and way more on business plan and relative projection. Meaning way more creative freedom.

Being able to play EVERY day in a week is a privilege in a moderately aged group, and if you could it wouldn't stop at the week (7) but continuous weeks.
So this is'd be the median between people who can play every day and those who can't.

Honestly though maybe setup a 3$ tier like "support me making a webcomic" or something, right now your standard ttier is 2.5 and patreon makes it a hassle to set it to 3 (haven't even figured out how to gift a custom-amount-membership)
