Absolutely. I’ve always thought the left was generally more media-savvy than the right, but this is sad proof that tribalism can warp perceptions on either side.

I’m so sorry. It’s scary just being on the sidelines here. I do have faith though that the good American people will stand up to all the craziness in the end.

I don’t see it as a repudiation of the NDP at all. I see it as NDP voters holding their nose, voting strategically and taking one for their country. I, for one, certainly appreciate it but hate what it’s done to the NDP and to Jagmeet.

This actually was the closest we’ve ever come to a US-style two-party election in 100 years. Definitely the most unusual Canadian election in my lifetime.
