I got pissed off at friends sharing a meme and I modified it, with apologies to Mr. Rogers, a great Pittsburgher.

Something I end up saying to people a lot is “there’s no law, only enforcement.” In years past it has seemed to strike most people as a dark joke or too pessimistic but I just think it is a good, succinct explanation of how the system actually works

By removing Gwynne Wilcox from her seat on the NLRB, Trump has left the Board without a quorum and thus unable to act. In doing so, he may have unwittingly opened up space for states and cities to regulate conduct that previously fell within the Board’s jurisdiction.
