Surefire cure for anything: sit with a coffee in a park. Close your eyes, feel the sun and breeze on your face. Talk to the blackbirds. Repeat as needed.

Going to try active resting today and follow a really simple pattern to make some trousers. Brain is too fried still for finishing the many projects I have on the go (buttonholes will be a risk) so hoping this will make me feel a bit more human. Wish me luck! 🧶 🪡🧵

Is this recognisable as the shape of a feather? I’m going to fill the gaps with more light blue and some navy, and have some little turny down bits at the bottom. 🧶
