A neighbor was taken to a care facility, and her little tortoiseshell kitty was left behind. I can't take her in but I've been feeding her and giving her water every day. No one in the neighbor's family can take her in. Is there anyone in the Inland Empire area that could foster or adopt her?

I’ve posted this in a few replies but maybe it will get more seen on its own. There a good reason the ramp was the only access to the stage at the #worldcon Hugo awards, and it’s the same reason at least CA ADA laws specify maximum path length difference: equity.
