Is on-board wifi still a big issue though? I've had zero issues with them on laptops so far, but plenty with weird PCI-e wifi cards that people got from obscure Chinese brands on their desktops.

Honestly, I kind of doubt that. Excluding some odd-balls like MacBooks most laptop hardware just kind of works. Desktops are much more likely to have some exotic, unsupported hardware, not to mention Nvidia GPUs.

Naw, that's annoying :( Also that you'd have to pay extra because it is more expensive? I've also had to deal with my health insurance being difficult because stuff was more expensive in the Netherlands seemingly, but they ended up paying for it in the end nonetheless

Why do you need to pay for it yourself though? Is it not covered through the "European health insurance card" thing that you usually get with your insurance?

I think this has got to be one of the wildest stories in European elections recently? The fact that he basically polled at <5% right before the election and that I've heard tons of (politically interested) Romanians say they only found out this morning that he even existed.

I think the misconception that Belgium is mostly French-speaking comes from the fact that most people just think of Brussels, which is more French than Flemish. However, going there, I would say that even Brussels is more bilingual than I thought, with English also playing a pretty big role.

I gotta admit, I have cooked on gas stoves about two times in my life, and both times were kind of nerve-wrecking and stuff didn't really turn out the way I wanted. xd Guess this goes both ways, you prefer whatever you're used to.
