What's even worse is the #Telstra outage impacting 000 calls isn't all over the news today.
Let's fix this as I'm guessing #Vodafone would be the same.

There is a simple fix. Remove the ability for Telcos to charge other Telco's to use their towers .
Or at least fix the price and make it mandatory. This is the least desirable option.

There is a simple fix. Remove the ability for Telcos to charge other Telco's to use their towers .
