Little steps. Even just opening a window to listen. Make sure to drink water that will help too with the blood pressure. I have had high blood pressure my whole life and anxiety/depression had me never wanting to leave home. I forget to drink water or anything which doesn't help at all.

This is wonderful advice! I wish someone would have told this to my grandmother when I was a kid. But that was 30 years ago and she forced her will on everyone.

Your words are very true. I lost my dad and 3 other family members in 2023. And to cope I found new shows. It made me laugh and feel life again. I might have slightly annoyed my roommate watching and listening to Hazbin Hotel for months. But it helped me greatly and a absolute favorite.

I have built three entry grade kits and I absolutely love them. I really feel it's such a good line for beginners and even experienced builders. I really hope they do keep making them. So it's nice to see another one ☺️
