A designation of "Confirmed" gang member is 10+ points, and anything less is a "Suspect". He has no criminal history. Andry arrived to the US through a port of entry for an appointment he made through the CPB One app. Andry was filing for asylum due to threats to his life in Venezuela. It is also worthy to note, that the STG form used is from CoreCivic, a controversial for-profit prison corporation, formerly known as Corrections Corporation of America. Charles Cross Jr. is the officer that completed Andry's form, even though he is included on the Brady List. Cross was fired from the Milwaukee PD in 2012.

It appears Elon Musk may have deleted his earlier, post. This new one is no better and actually is worse since it ties specifically voting a certain way for entry and opportunity to receive money. This should be taken to court under 52 U.S.C. § 10307(c) and WI Statute § 12.11.
