(1/2) There’s a reason earlier IgE-vaccine programs stalled. And while this new paper is getting plenty of praise, some old, familiar issues remain. The antibodies they induce mainly hit the N394 glycan which means unknown off-target binding and unexamined safety risks.

Basically all percentages are wrong. For Ct-value rows simple average of the groups were done instead of weighted group mean.
