Pixel Tablet? I think it's meets the specs you are looking for (11", 8 GB of ram, resolution is 2560x1600). Currently on sale from BestBuy for $249. My only meh point is that the speakers are not great, cause it relies on the separate dock for best sound. I don't have the dock tho
