😄 we missed that one. Glad someone included him.

Which reminds us we had been hoping to include something by Bram Tchaikovsky in this challenge, but couldn't squeeze him in earlier on, and forget towards the end.

Only got to see them on TV and YouTube, but from what we are hearing, their shows certainly appear to provide everyone present with a wild and memorable night.

No idea what they would have sounded like by then.
Found Prime Time, disappointing when it was released but do like it now.
Didn't buy their debut album until years later on CD, so it was harder to imagine what it must have sounded like alongside 1975 music.

Who knows,😄 if you wanted to go down that route, it's probably something that takes a lot of dedication, but he got a buzz doing it. He was convinced some of the records he found had originally been his from the first time.

One of us worked with a man who got rid of his entire record collection, mostly 1970s rock, (basically everything that gets played on Planet Rock radio)
But then around 10 years later he started enjoying himself, regularly visiting 2nd hand record shops buying it all again.

Just been checking our annual lists. In 2016 we really liked 'Gold, Catalogue, & Until Tomorrow'. The album 'Let a Lover Drown You' was an end of year contender, but didn't make our Top 30.
In 2023 we liked their song with Lera Lynn.
But that's all we had written down by them.
Will be adding more.

We love it when artists mix different styles, in fact, would encourage it, but probably less so when it comes to vocals.
Right now it's hard to see us enjoying it as a whole and not just picking individual songs further down the line.
But that's just 1 listen, it certainly deserves more listens.

Yesterday we listened to 'Lefty' for the first time and it's hard to think of an occasion when we've had such mixed feelings about an album. It's maybe 75% wow! & 25% yuk! at the moment.
Well its due to receive another listen this afternoon & a few more next week. Certainly has amazing songs on it.
