The best bits are the intro and explanation rather than the body of the texts, which you can get online. Might be worth checking out z-lib or similar

I'd have to go back and do an analysis of her books, but you're right early practices didn't have any elemental associations. I think it's really interesting, Gerald was obviously very knowledgeable about GD and ceremonial systems, but deliberately excluded it from his reimagining of what he found
