Depressing isn't it. Indie places chosing to support the massive folks rather than the small. Novelty factor is one thing but when that helps close small breweries its something else entirly. Big beer wins! Consumer choice loses.

Yeah, broadly unless its in can/bottle it doesn't get airtime or column inches. And is used against people trying to get into Wholesale because you don't have 'samples'.

Some of the Aussie hops are really high in cohumulone, so if you don't use the hops in the right way you get a heck of a lot of harsh almost zesty bitterness. Age fixes it but its better not to have to fix it.

Chances are it will be needed in Can, which we don't do. Look at Social Banter (Galaxy) / Blonde (Ella) / Yardfest (Galaxy) / T'Pol (Galaxy). And we are working on a sesh pale with Enigma, Simcoe & Galaxy.
