I know too much about canine population genetics, child development and art. Breathing in the beauty of the world, breathing out the terror.
Almost as if.

Republicans caused this mess. Together they can clean it up. Just waiting for you all to stick together and have some morals.

They can’t terrorize all of you at the same time.

Also. Guys. Mike Johnson? 😵‍💫

Three is great though.

It sneaks up on you. And the kids are so great - every time! I’m sure individually each of my kids would have rather had fewer abut no one would agree on who to throw back.

They are all adults. I’m in awe. And so tired.

I hated being pregnant. It’s like leading your body out to a stranger and you are no longer in charge. Nothing romantic about it.

However, dear reader, I had 6 kids.

They are actually worth it.

Apparently my new friends! I’ll look for them on my next flight.

Respectful people don’t waste time judging other people by their clothing, or calling others “slobs”. They simply lead by example.

Again, you know this. Real class is graciousness, not snobbery. Let your heart grow. It won’t hurt.

I always dress decently and comfortably. I think it’s a really dumb issue.

If anyone wanted to change the cultural norm, if it really mattered, they’d be encouraging a dress code through positive means. Like a fancy restaurant has ambiance and unspoken expectations, so most diners comply.

*Dressing decently.

Yeah the leg room is rough. It makes a difference. And people are bigger and taller in each generation.
December 8, 2025 at 12:05 AM
I was teasing you.

I dress comfortably AND well when out, but I don’t have any desire to call strangers names, whatever they wear, and neither should you. Graciousness counts in attire AND judgment of others. Civility in thought and deed is more important than in clothing.

And you know this.

Ok Rip van Winkle. I had a dress code at prep school and I liked it. Planes are simply not special occasions or work anymore. It’s public transportation, tantamount to a bus ride. Of the modern hills to die on, this one is hilarious.

Pajamas and joggers cover the same real estate. Joggers probably wouldn’t get past the attire police either.

Aww honey. Just look away. And think of England.
December 7, 2025 at 11:17 PM
Why do you care if they are sweatpants?
December 7, 2025 at 11:11 PM
I’d take a planeful of kind, fat-bottomed, comfy, yoga-panted women having fun on an adventure over whatever anger and resentment you are hiding under your more formal attire, any day. Have a lovely evening.

I wouldn’t wear what you wear, anywhere. But that’s the beauty of a free society. We don’t get to dress each other. :)

Flights must be so frustrating for you. I’m so sorry.
December 7, 2025 at 11:02 PM
It’s right in the name, my dear.

Sardines of the world, unite!

Who would call lululemon scummy?
December 7, 2025 at 10:56 PM
Easy to say from First Class. With your leg room and Bloody Mary.

Please please do not bother with Olivia Nuzzi or Kristi Noem, unless you want to see the nadirs of both red (mostly) and blue US culture. It’s just all too gross.

The distasteful male archetype of a Tom Johnson is so plentiful, it’s less iconic than straight reporting. Please skip him as well.

We can dress better when they increase seat sizes. But if it’s a cattle car, they can’t expect passengers not to maximize their comfort.
