Yesterday we made almost 150 Knödel to sell in our local christmass market and all the proceeds will go to charity. Hard labour, but very nice! I hope they tasted good. :D

Was a pretty quiet birthday. My partner made an incredible apple pie for me and we played the first 6 episodes of Dispatch. Not bad. 🍽️

I made a boar stew with black beans and roasted potatoes and it was SO SO SO good. The trick is making it the day before so the flavous can settle properly. Used almost 1L of red wine for the broth and it paid off. So much depth and umami. And we have so much leftovers. 🍽️ 🍽️
