I feel comfortable enough to share this now since he's pretty close to done, he won't replace the bat but I've really been wanting an antumn themed fox sona to go with the cherry blossom themed bat

This is so far the best solution I can find for adding extra parts to a character during a TF
It's rough around the edges on some frames but I hope it'll be viable eventually

Started learning the basics of setting up a control rig which greatly helps with posing characters for animations.
Still a bit rough looking though, I might need to add more geometry or something.

Bit of an update on the model, Anything with fur is a detachable part which I will add shape keys and transparency masks to so they can be retractable.

I learned how to get baking normals to work and as a test I made this, it looks so seamless going from the smooth small base model to the big one with the muscle definition~

I just realized I never put this one up anywhere yet, tried to do some big perspective stuff with this one with a sort of giant goblin TF
I'm kind of amazed at how well shaped that foot is considering I did it without references, it's probably one of my favorite sketches done recently~
