Some “My Machine” stuff I’ve made so far and correlated imagery for what it’s based on

Warp Star is based off the “Basic Surfboard” in some 3D model images, i would’ve used the Formula Star but seeing as it is the “basic” surfboard I thought making it the “basic” star would fit the best

Wagon Star is based off Cookie & Peter’s kotatsu with its palette being based of the “To the Demon World” cover art

Wheelie Scooter is based off the delivery bike that Cookie & Peter use to make food deliveries from the cafe

Transform Star is based off Sushi-Robo

Wheelie Bike is based off the car from the “Taking a Break” drawing

Rex Wheelie is based off Skelegon

Found a poster explaining that Doraemon’s 50th anniversary would continue to take place in 2021 just because of how 2020 went

(they also mention that 2020 was the year of the mouse and since Doraemon is scared of mice they imply that was the cause of its difficulties too which I think is cute)

Sixth and final

The final evidence for my theory once again involves what games have or haven’t happened. In this case: Super Star. Aside from Nova still being here meaning Marx never made his wish and needed to be destroyed by Kirby, the entire last act of Road Trip is a beat-for-beat remake of Super Star’s Milky Way wishes. All the vehicles combine in a manner similar to the stars from that game, create a path leading all the way to Nova and then a recreation of the Heart of Nova fight plays out. The heart is destroyed, Nova blows up, and the exact same “Kirby's Triumphant Return” scene plays out as the chosen Rider and Leo fly off towards the planet with “T H E E N D” following soon after in time to the music. Basically what I’m saying is that Air Riders IS this universe’s version of Super Star.

Side note but Adventure probably never happened either since Nightmare is still alive too, meaning the Star Rod was never removed from the pedestal leading to Kirby trying to get it back and eventually having to fight Nightmare.

There’s some very glaring character omissions from the roster, those being Effilin, Adeline, Ribbon, of the usual animal friends Kine and Coo only appear as cameos similar to that of wild animals, and the Mage Sisters are missing too.

First of the list: Effilin. Forgotten Land made it a point to highlight that Effilin could freely travel between the titular land and Popstar to hang out with Kirby and the others, hes even appeared very frequently in external material like the light novels and various manga after FL doing just that.

Second on the list: Adeline. She’s one of the only dream friends from Star Allies not to appear in this game which seems weirdly specific until you remember Sakurai’s “no humans” rule from the anime. In this universe, there are no humans.

Third of the list: Ribbon. Lots of stuff from 64 appearances but almost all of it is recontextualized. Magman is here in Road Trip and he does act identical to his boss fight, but so is a singular Crystal Shard. It however does not act like it does in the original game. Instead of creating a portal to go to the next level, it instead forms a crystal bridge to the level, something it has never been shown to do before. Ribbon is also not the one using it, it acts on its own. 0² is also here as a boss, but only as a digital recreation, as opposed to the other bosses who seems to be “the real deal,” in this universe at least, 0² is a mere computer program.

Fourth of the list: Kine and Coo. In the ending video for Air Ride mode, a nod is made to Dream Land 2 so I suspect that a version of that game happened in this world, but unlike Rick, Kine and Coo aren’t close friends with Kirby.

Fifth and final: The Mage Sisters. This connects to Effilin and Ribbon as well really: In this universe the events of 64, Star Allies, and FL did not happen. I’ll elaborate on this with a different game later in the thread

Zorah lands in a “barren, isolated region of Planet Popstar” and stays there for quite a while judging by how much the environment changes in the cutscene. The reason I use this as evidence for the theory in particular is because Kirby and the others have traveled all across the planet numerous times, in Kirby 3, Squeak Squad, Return to Dream Land, Planet Robobot, and Star Allies. It’s a bit strange to think that they never once encountered Zorah in all that time. There’s also the effects of the Haltman Company invasion in Robobot which would’ve affected Zorah (had it happened in this universe), and the portals that opened up all over Popstar at the beginning of Forgotten Land, though in that case Fecto Effilis was specifically looking for a workforce, someone who can’t move wouldn’t have been much use to them.

Second, this version of Popstar is a lot more technological and industrial than the main series games. Large futuristic cities, some of the menus are represented by smart phones, Nova is described as “a satellite orbiting the planet.” Popstar is usually a very rural planet.
