also…why am i doing all this on a monday at 11:30 pm. am i having a manic episode????? 😭😭😭😭😭. i worked all day, went grocery shopping, did laundry, watched like 3 videos about outer space, cleaned my room and now this??? maybe i’m going thru something WHO KNOWS!!!!

step 3 writing out lore/backstories and setting up relationships etc. using that to help inform the builds i’ll make in step 4 which is…just build everything.

first step: gutting out my b/b cc folder to just the bare necessities. omsp shelf. a few other utility type items, b/b add on sets and like 5 clutters items i cant live without. game about to launch in hyper speed i cant wait lol

that said i’m not that ambitious to want to do all or even multiple worlds. so i know i always have fun in san my, so that’s where ill focus. spice market first or course. i dont think ive ever done no cc renovations of those apartments but i have A Vision.

that’s also why i want to make it low cc. so i can be sure things aren’t likely to break/go missing in the future. i guess the idea is a forever save.

part of that is because i’ve just been…doing whatever in this save. which can be fun but i want to build a space where i can have like…firm lore to play in. like…why is robreza in sulani? idk i felt like going to the beach one day and boom it’s been like a month of that now lmao

main thing is friendships. like reza and erik go waaaaay back, but my current save isn’t really set up to make that mean anything ya know? rob has so many friends he never sees.

also, specifically regarding relationships…i really do have so much lore and backstory for my sims that’s just lost in the background noise of my brain. it’s tragic. i’m not really a storyteller at all, but i hate not having stuff laid out idk.

also building a save by the seat of your pants is so frustrating sometimes. i’m always like “oh, i need a gym” and try to slap one together on the fly. i think having a save fully built before playing will be more fun.

there’s so many thing i never do before playing in a save like setting up relationships and descriptions etc. my sims have “lore” but i never write it down so it never sticks.

okay anyway just saying this out loud so i actually do it. i’m really enjoying my low cc era and want to make a new save for it. will be in san my of course. i wanna take time to actually finish building before i play. looking at maybe early 2026 be fore actually jumping in.
