‘Gone’ doing a lot of work there.

This isn’t another ‘how will the budget impact you’ vox pop with somebody who earns well north of £150k and feels hard done by because of some minor thing is it?

this is the 'SHAPE: Involve and Engage' small grants in case anybody is wondering.

Mind you maybe that still fits with the promise since they won’t be taxing people because they won’t be working.

Like when you hear a podcaster you like talk about a topic you know well and you see how thin and uniformed they are, which makes you question what they say on all the other topics they discuss…

And you just know that whatever these grants for poorer students will be risible and nowhere near enough to truly help.

What also really angers me about this (apart from the fact that international students are a massive economic gain for this country) is it means students are being charged more for their fees but, thanks to this policy, for absolutely no meaningful gain to universities.
