There are certainly people in every organization that understand their oath. However, their bosses are trump appointees.
Do the loyal go rogue and arrest DOGE employees? ICE/CBP agents? Then what? DOJ won't press charges.
They can gum up the works some, but going rogue? Show me an effective path.

There is no recall or other mechanism other than the scheduled periodic elections to remove a US congress person or senator. Expulsion requires 2/3 vote in their respective chamber.

That's not a law enforcement capacity like the US Marshals, who often work for the courts but are under the executive branch.
