An interesting new poll from UNH on New Hampshire residents' views on AI. They're pretty pessimistic with their predictions on how it will impact the future, but a majority of those who use it say their personal experience with it has been positive:

Another woman, Christine Marie Bill, was found dead in a hot, sealed car outside her care agency, according to a police report. Her caretakers were supposed to check on her every 15 to 30 minutes, but she'd reportedly been there for about six hours when she was found. (8/10)

Houle was not the only one I learned about. Laurie Raymond, who has cerebral palsy, was allegedly put under water so hot it gave her second-degree burns, according to a malpractice lawsuit filed by her family. (7/10)

A behaviorist was required to spend an average of six hours each month observing Houle, but billing records show he spent just 2.5 hours with Houle and his team in total over a roughly eight-month period following the abuse depicted in the video. (6/10)

Houle's care agency, Summit New Hampshire, wasn't properly vetted before Houle was put in the organization's care, internal documents from the agency hired by the state to coordinate care indicate. (5/10)

I got my hands on state records that showed 119 people died in this system's care from 2023 through June 2025. Additionally, the state investigated 1,405 complaints of abuse, neglect, and exploitation in that time; 467 were deemed credible after investigation. (3/10)
