Is there an "You already opened that tab" Chrome browser extension? 😂

Tabs are not scalable! 😣 🙈 😞

Anyone have any solutions other than Arc?

LLMs LOVE regex replace for bulk updates. (`sed -i` and node/python scripts)

Unsurprisingly, syntax errors sometimes pop up. Regex replace is just too brittle for some changes.

Telling it to use codemods went way smoother.

Give it a try 😃

Is anyone else talking about AI fatigue?

LLMs potentially output a lot of code (or content) depending on your prompt.

Now you have to review it all 😮‍💨

It's definitely a different way of working.

Yes, please!

“One would scale back the widespread use of the pop-up boxes on websites that ask users to allow data tracking. People would be allowed to set their privacy preferences once in a browser, rather than being bombarded with requests at each website.”

It’s no longer “phone, keys, wallet”, but “phone, keys, wallet, … AirPods”.

How far we’ve come.

So much of design is removing ambiguity.

Are there multiple exit lanes in the security line?

-> Post a sign asking passengers to use other lanes ahead.

Is the TSA officer ready to check my ID?

-> Place a red/green light at their station.

I’m not saying it’s that easy, but we can at least try.

After a week of Waymos, calling an Uber feels like the Stone Age.

Coding, tethered to my phone, riding shotgun in a Waymo.

Is this the quintessential San Francisco experience?
