Reviewing the video from Air India it certainly looks as if it is wheels down and flaps up config.
This would be a very strange configuration could well result in the outcome with a very heavy aircraft in hot weather

Thoughts from the yesterday’s power outage: get a camping gas cooker, convert my grid tie solar panels to a battery inverter system, work out how to open our massive garage door with battery power. Add another 3k of solar. Gonna be an expensive summer
