Oh btw, i don't if this is the 'EXACT' one (as i remember if differently). This is all i found in the short search i did.

...but it's been difficult to try and remember what music i was listening to then. I've come up with some things that i know of, but others are murky or non-existent.
Some of my tastes then (and still now); In Flames, Soilwork, Battlecross among the many others.

This is why we've got to rely on small indies to have the good (non-ai) games.
Yea there will be apples among them as well, but i'd be willing to bet indie all day instead relying on big companies to do the right thing.

It baffles the mind to see such cases of stupid behavior from game devs/pubs that among all the AI BS.

To me most, if not all of these would be well known. But there are some good ones that might not be as well known- for instance Atom RPG, i would say that's pretty unknown in the broad spectrum of gaming.

It mightve been on the og xbox, but i remember having that bundled with tetris of all things.

Looks like a solid list, i'd say most are indie (but you know how it goes, broad term and all). Some may just be bigger indies, but overall loads of great games.
Gonna be doing my yearly lookback at the most fantastic indies as well, and hopefully get my lists up to date for once 😅
