As the 56th Chief of Engineers and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, I joined Colonel Brad Morgan, Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District, in visiting the Beacon Temporary Debris Reduction Site in Swannanoa, North Carolina.
