This is what I don't get with the Linehan case. He implied/called her a pedophile. That has precedent in UK courts as being enough evidence to rule for the claimant, see the Lawrence Fox case.

Here's what I don't get. Linehan called her a paedo. In other high profile cases: Lawrence Fox, Joey Barton etc that particular insult or insinuation was the key bit of evidence that they both lost their cases on. How on earth is that not the case here? There's clear precedent
