Damn I’m tired

Dinner in the neighbouring village. Friend of a friend there, an IT developer

“In 🇦🇺 they’re installing hydrogen filling stations for cars! It’s amazing!”

Me: “🇩🇪 did. It was too costly. Hydrogen isn’t efficient in land transport”

Him: “We need more research!”

Me: “No. Use a 🔋!”

It's nice being a Christmas repeat on BBC Radio (and for a month after on BBC Sounds App). Following our 'Peter Pan' all this week, at 4pm today BBC Radio 4 Extra are repeating our 2021 one-off Terry Jones' STARSHIP TITANIC adaptation by Ian Billings, directed by me, narrated by Michael Palin.

For those interested in such things, the GitHub repository code used to generate a full set of FY2018-23/24 national GB passenger flow data for 2 587 on the mainline rail network github.com/anisotropi4/...

It has a national summary and a per station view github.com/anisotropi4/...

I guess posting a British passenger flow I updated recently and posted elsewhere is my equivalent of "Hello, world!"

For those interested in such things, following the publication of the Origin Destination Model by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) last week, here is the six-year aggregated rail passenger flow for 2018-24 on an updated simplified centre-line track-model base mode.
