an SSD would last (if least) 6 years, but that is if you search for the cheapest ones, I would search for one that have a good manufacturer so it has the warranty that it’ll last the most time posible, and also SSD have a lot more of speed so loading stuff would be reaaly reaaly fast in comparison

To be honest for me it isn’t even a question anymore, since SSD's nowadays have a much more lifespan on average, and are practically better on any other factors, the only reason why I would buy a HDD is that I want a cheap big amount of storage since the price per gigabyte is much less
