Just preparing some old OSX .iso files to burn to CD for some projects. And playing around with ubiquity stuff.

So has anyone figured out how to de-root evangelical fundamentalism out of them selves? I’d love some advice, that toxicity got some deep brainworm hooks into me. This book is helping.

Baked some kale chips! Tossed them in a bowl with olive oil, sea salt, furikake, and some Italian dressing then baked at 350 for like 20 minutes.

My 2012 Mac mini didn’t want to output sound over hdmi to the tv so I followed this arch wiki thread (bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.ph... ) and built a script to force the audio to work. Did this awhile ago while drunk (hi im Sophie), and want to share in case it helps anyone

Took my 2017 MacBook Pro apart to replace its battery. There was sooooo much adhesive to remove and it took forever. 😭😭😭 but it is done and ready for the new battery! 🤩

iOS’ keyboard does not have a horny emoji…this makes me deeply sad. I checked an old Pixel and don’t see one present in stock Android either.

Redid our gaming corner! Still todo: run Ethernet to everything via my girlfriend’s nearby Cisco switch.
Can switch between any console using the hdmi matrix switch and one tv input or any computer (includes steam deck or iPad they both can use the same dock) using the kvm on another tv input.

Past me put like 4 different OSes on here (Mac Pro 5,1) because we didn’t have separate workstations for Linux and server stuff nor windows stuff. We have those now so looking forward to redoing this…completely. Thank goodness for OpenCore!

Eepy and consciousness feels like a blurry soup. Time for rest, hope anyone who sees this gets some rest too and takes care of themselves and their loved ones. Tomorrow is another day to continue pushing forwards and supporting one another. 🌹
