Can't see myself investing in a new OS/Ecosystem that is completely separate from my current one, with large quantity of apps not available. Would have to be a China only device, too limiting in my context.

I'll probably end up with an iPad mini at some point. Not in a rush

I am hooked on the ~A5 side one. For some odd reason I can cram most off a single meeting into 1 page. makes it very easy to browse / use

Toyed with similar ideas in the past. Constantly returned to the same 2 options:
- iPad mini (note taking & content consumption) - flexibility, size, weight. Replacement for an old iPad Pro 12"
- my Muji notebook

I still did not buy an iPad, still using my Muji notebook, just bought a new one

While Omron is one of the most famous brands in the consumer health care devices space, I never realized they have connected devices. I would have defaulted looking at Withings

Thanks for the tip. I flew back this morning to deal with my foot issue. The car and wife are still in Wuhan, so this might come in handy when we decide what to do

Definitely an option. Was actually getting better until last night, so thought about driving anyway. Rethinking my options

I can't like the post, for obvious reasons. I feel your pain. I spent the majority of my holiday with massive foot inflammation and intermittent fever, not being able to put weight on my leg.
I have 1,200km to drive back to Beijing this weekend, lucky it's the left foot ... ...

Towing capacity on car registration? Coz that's what set Land Rovers apart in the market for my very narrow use :-)
