I was blown away at the method and how great it turned out. I was a little unsure on timing since I was cooking two birds, so it rested a little longer than expected. Still turned out phenomenal and some of the crispiest skin I've ever had on any poultry. 10/10

I took your advice on the turkey recipe. I've cooked some really good ones but this one is by far the best. Crispy skin, juicy meat, extremely flavorful. Won't look back.
