Shouldn’t violation of your constitution be immediate grounds for impeachment, sworn by every government official and military member? So, how is it that a few officials in Congress and senate can prevent it? Seems to me there’s a loophole that needs closed if the constitution means anything.

If they are truly "only after dangerous criminals" ICE should not be able to lay a hand on ANYONE unless they have a warrant for that person. Random abductions of US citizens should be punishable. ICE should be held accountable for bodily injury, damage to property and loss of life.
