I genuinely think genAi isn't really comparable to previous technical advancements.

For photography, yes it replaced a lot of painters, but it didn't remove the value of painting itself. If you wanted to paint, you still had to learn to paint, & photo unlocked a new medium. GenAi mimics, predicts.
